Correspondence related to the tournament and its general organization must be sent to info@sift.gr.
All mail regarding hotel and transfer services or payments must be sent to the travel agency Dolphin of Skiathos S.A. for the hotels Belvedere, Anamar, and Muses, or directly to the administration of any other hotels or apartments you may select.
The Event
The tournament will take place from June 12th to 14th, 2026, and is an international 5-a-side outdoor soccer tournament played on astroturf pitches.

How to Register Your Team
Only official application forms will be accepted.
Please ensure all application forms are completed accurately and thoroughly. Any additional charges for corrections are the sole responsibility of the applicant and the team.
Confirmation of participation will be sent upon receipt of payment.
Registration Fee: €180 per team.
Payment
- Package Prices: Per person for the entire duration. Children’s rates are available upon request (ages 2–11, sharing with two full-paying adults).
- Additional Services:> For extra nights, excursions, or other services, payments must be made directly to Dolphin of Skiathos S.A. (for the hotels Belvedere, Anamar, and Muses) or to the administration of any other hotels or apartments you may select.
- Exclusions: Drinks and extra meals are not included in the package price.
Payment Notes
- The organizers and the administration of hotels are not responsible for any bank charges incurred.
- Confirmation of booking will include accommodation and transfer details.
- All payments must reference the name of the guests and team name for accurate reconciliation.
Cancellation Policy & Fees
- Less than 2 weeks before arrival or no-show: 100% of the total amount.
- More than 2 weeks before arrival: 25% of the total amount.
Recommendation: We strongly advise purchasing travel and cancellation insurance. In case of cancellation, participants are encouraged to contact their insurer for a refund (if applicable).
Tournament Organization
The organizers commit to preparing and delivering the tournament as advertised but reserve the right to make adjustments to the final program.
Fees:
Teams must pay the tournament fee to the event organizers.
Accommodation costs are payable either to Dolphin of Skiathos S.A. or directly to the administration of the hotels you select.
In the unlikely event that the tournament is canceled by the organizers, all payments will be refunded. However, no liability or compensation claims will be accepted.
Covid-19
The event will comply with all health and safety guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health.
Important Notes
- Insurance:
The organizers are not responsible for injuries, theft, or damages.
Teams must ensure adequate insurance coverage. - Conduct:
Team leaders are responsible for their players’ behavior.
Hotels reserve the right to evict unruly guests. Neither the organizers nor Dolphin of Skiathos S.A. nor the administration of hotels will provide alternate accommodations. - Photos:
By participating, teams agree that event photos featuring them may be used for promotional purposes.
Unforeseen Circumstances
The organizers are not responsible for unforeseen events beyond their control, such as natural disasters, civil unrest, government cancellations, or other force majeure events.
